Kan jag ta emot paket?

Ja. Paket kan skickas till oss eller till ett ombud som PostNord, DHL eller UPS. Får paketet inte plats i din box lägger vi det i en av våra paketboxar, och du får en notis.

Kan vi vara två på samma box?

Ja, två personer kan dela box. Du väljer det när du beställer.

Kan jag folkbokföra mig hos Poststugan?

Nej. Vi erbjuder särskild postadress, inte folkbokföringsadress. Det är ett brott mot folkbokföringslagen att folkbokföra sig på en postbox, och vi stänger av tjänsten om vi upptäcker det.

Hur legitimerar jag mig?

Du visar giltig ID-handling på kontoret, mån och fre 10–13, ons 13–16 (stängt röda dagar). För digital postbox kan du också ladda upp en vidimerad kopia i kassan.

Via Mitt konto eller per e-post till postmaster@poststugan.se, senast 30 dagar före nästa förnyelse. Har du beställt via hemsidan har du som privatperson 14 dagars ångerrätt.

Räknas enskild firma som företag?

Ja. Har du enskild firma beställer du som företag och betalar företagspris exklusive moms. Firman anges med ditt personnummer som organisationsnummer. Se priser för företag.

Vad måste jag göra när avtalet tar slut?

Viktigt för privatpersoner: avanmäl din särskilda postadress hos Skatteverket innan avtalet tar slut. Annars fortsätter myndigheter, banker och andra att skicka post hit, och efter att avtalet har upphört kan vi inte ta hand om den. Du riskerar då att missa viktiga brev. Ändra också adressen hos din bank, ditt försäkringsbolag och andra som skickar post till dig. Företag uppdaterar sin adress hos Bolagsverket via verksamt.se.

What will my address be?

Your address will be your name or company name, followed by Poststugan and your box number, and finally 211 65 Malmö. For example:

Use the address exactly like this so your mail arrives without delay.

Can I receive parcels?

Yes. Parcels can be sent to us or to a pick-up point such as PostNord, DHL or UPS. If a parcel does not fit in your mailbox, we place it in one of our parcel lockers and notify you.

Can two of us share a mailbox?

Yes, two people can share a mailbox. You choose this when you order.

Can I register my residential address (folkbokföring) at Poststugan?

No. We offer a special postal address, not a registered residential address. Registering your residence at a mailbox is an offence under the Swedish Population Registration Act, and we will close the service if we discover it.

How do I verify my identity?

You show valid ID at our office, Mon and Fri 10–13, Wed 13–16 (closed on public holidays). For a digital mailbox you can also upload a certified copy at checkout.

How do I cancel?

Via My account or by email to postmaster@poststugan.se, no later than 30 days before your next renewal. If you ordered via the website as a private individual, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

Does a sole trader count as a business?

Yes. As a sole trader you order as a business and pay the business price excluding VAT. Your Swedish personal identity number is used as the registration number. See business prices.

What do I need to do when the agreement ends?

Important for private individuals: deregister your special postal address with Skatteverket before the agreement ends. Otherwise authorities, banks and others will keep sending mail here, and once the agreement has ended we cannot handle it. You then risk missing important letters. Also update your address with your bank, your insurance company and anyone else who sends you mail. Companies update their address with Bolagsverket via verksamt.se.
