Mail forwarding in Malmö
With mail forwarding you keep a permanent address in Malmö even when you are somewhere else. Your mail arrives at your mailbox at Poststugan, and we forward it to the address you specify, in Sweden or abroad.

We pack items securely and send them with a shipping method that suits the weight and destination. If something needs to arrive quickly or be tracked, let us know when you request the shipment.

It depends on weight and destination. You pay postage for what is actually sent, and we give you a price in advance.
Can you send abroad?
Yes. We send to any address, in Sweden or abroad.
Can you collect the mail and send everything at once?
Yes. We can collect your mail over a period and send it in a single shipment. This is often cheaper than sending each letter separately.
Can I pause mail forwarding?
Yes. Let us know when you are back, and we will put your mail in your mailbox or scan it as usual again.
How often do you forward mail?
You decide. Many prefer to receive their mail once a week, while others only want individual items sent when they ask for them.
Do I need a mailbox with you?
Yes. Mail forwarding is an add-on to a physical or digital mailbox.
Is it the same as PostNord’s mail forwarding?
No. PostNord’s forwarding moves mail from an old address to a new one. With us you have a permanent address in Malmö and decide for yourself what is forwarded and when.
Can you send original letters from the digital mailbox?
Yes, if you have chosen storage at our office. We then keep the originals and can forward them whenever you like. With storage in your own physical mailbox, you collect the originals yourself, every day 05–23.
