Packages can be sent to us at Poststugan, or to agents such as PostNord, DHL, UPS, and others. When a package arrives at our office, we will check if it fits in your mailbox. If it does, we will place the package directly there.

If the package is too large for the mailbox, we have special parcel lockers designed for this purpose. When a package arrives, you will receive a notification so you know it has been delivered. You can then easily pick up the package whenever it suits you. We strive to make the handling of your packages as smooth as possible!

We offer only a special mailing address, not registered residential addresses. It is important to note that it is against the Population Registration Act to register your residence at a mailbox address. If we discover that customers violate this law, we will suspend their services. We are committed to complying with applicable laws and regulations and appreciate your understanding.
A digital mailbox is a convenient service where you receive a unique mailing address from us. We receive your physical letters, open them, and scan them so you get them sent to you in PDF format. If any letter cannot be scanned, we will contact you to ask whether you want it forwarded or prefer to pick it up at our office during business hours. Please note that forwarding letters involves an additional cost; for the current price list, contact us.
For the letters and documents we scan, you can choose whether you want us to store them or prefer that we shred them through document destruction and recycle the material

Yes, you can send an agent to sign up for a mailbox on your behalf. We require valid ID from both you and the agent, as well as a signed power of attorney. Please note that only Swedish identification documents are accepted for this purpose.
Yes, you can use a Swedish ID card, driver’s license, national EU ID, or any valid passport for registration.
You can easily order our services directly through the website with card payment. Alternatively, you are warmly welcome to visit our office at Föreningsgatan 28 in Malmö during our office hours, where we will be happy to assist you in person. For businesses, we offer the option of invoice payment. For new service activations, advance payment is required to ensure a smooth and secure process.
