Agreement between C&N Sweden AB (hereinafter Poststugan), 556991-5993, and the Lessee (hereinafter the Customer).

§1 Poststugan’s assignment: To sort the incoming mail daily into the Customer’s mailbox. This also applies to mail via courier and other carriers.

§2 Customer’s contact with Poststugan: All contact with Poststugan requires the Customer to identify themselves with a chosen password or ID card to eliminate the risk of unauthorized access to the mail.

§3 Poststugan’s responsibility for lost mail: Poststugan is not responsible for mail lost by Posten AB, Citymail AB, or any other mail distributor. Poststugan is also not responsible for changes in the address.

§4 Key deposit: The key deposit will be refunded to the Customer only if the key is in working condition and if it is returned before the end of the contract period.

§5.1 By this agreement, Poststugan grants the right to use the postal address specified in this agreement; the rental agreement concerns the rental of a postal address:

§5.2 Any form of subleasing the mailbox will lead to immediate termination of the rental agreement.

§5.2.1 Under no circumstances is it allowed to use Poststugan’s mailboxes as a registered residential address. However, we recommend registering the box address as a special postal address.

§7 Customer’s use of the mailbox: The Customer guarantees to Poststugan that the use of the mailbox will not violate Swedish law. In the event of such a violation, Poststugan reserves the right to terminate the rental period immediately.

§8 Payment of the rental period: The period will be automatically extended unless termination is made in writing no later than 2 weeks before the end of the rental period.

§9 Payment: Payment is made according to the agreed payment method at the start of the rental agreement. A reminder fee will be charged for late payment.

§10 It is the Customer’s responsibility to change their address before the end of the rental period. Poststugan does not offer forwarding services after the rental period ends. Swedish address change services also cannot perform this.

§11 Handling of incoming mail after the rental period ends: After the rental period ends, Poststugan will securely destroy all incoming mail. Mail will not be returned to the sender.

§12 Poststugan does not refund any rents or payments made by the Customer for other services. Refunds for unused rental periods or forwarding services will not be provided.

§13 Acceptance of the agreement: The Customer accepts this agreement by clicking on “Accept Agreement” on the registration page.

GDPR

Poststugan is responsible for the personal data stored in our customer database. We need your personal information such as personal number, name, current address, email, and mobile number to register your new mailbox address with us. We will store your information for a maximum of 9 months after you have ended your rental period at Poststugan, after which we will remove it from our customer register.

If the rental contract is not renewed, the mail will be handled as follows:

Day 1-30: Mail is delivered as usual but will be shredded if the lessee does not collect the mail within 30 days after the last day of the contract.

Day 30-: Poststugan takes no responsibility for mail that comes to the address; it will be shredded.
